Can I change or cancel my order?If your order has not already been shipped, you can cancel the order. You must contact camx570@gmail.com as soon as you can to make sure that you submit your cancellation before the order is shipped. Once the order is shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Contact us via e-mail, telephone to confirm your order cancellation. If your order is successfully cancelled, all funds will be returned within the time frame according to gateway provider terms and conditions.

What about Label and Buyer Communication?We choose the size of your label as provided by Shiprocket and decide the information like address, phone number, etc. as required on the label.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?If your items are in stock, we will deliver them to you as soon as we can. The regular delivery period is 3-7 Days, but if your location is in remote or is not covered by the best courier partners then it will arrive from the regular local courier and may take 8-15 days.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?The shipping method is available only on the backend, then only your store’s administrators can assign it to an order. We already have tie ups with shipping aggregators like Shiprocket, this includes the major courier companies like Bluedart, FedEx, Delhivery, Xpressbees at one go.
